Yain Technology provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased. Product order items or services will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (sales@yain.com) or phone and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as "PROMOTION" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Yain Technology will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

•Item returned MUST be ORIGINAL. Return FAKE or REPLICA will not be refunded.
•Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
•The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
•You must include all packaging materials.
•Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
•All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
•You must pay any return shipping expense.
•Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your PayPal account. Return amount of payment will be after deduction of Courier Service, 20% restocking fee plus administrative fees.
